Full job description

Here at Helitots we have an exciting position opening to join our amazing team and become part of our family.

We are looking for a new member of staff to work 30-40 hours a week. The applicant must have a level 3+ Childcare qualification.

The nursery has an excellent reputation and are Ofsted Outstanding and we want to maintain our excellent standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established team.

We are looking for someone who...

Has a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special.

Is able to laugh at jokes they don't understand, or find funny!

If a child requests that they be a captain of a pirate ship, help them be the best pirate captain they can be!

Feels comfortable telling everybody in the same room as them, that they are going to the toilet!

Doesn't have the ability to sing in tune but must have the confidence to sing out of tune in front of a crowd.

Must have the ability to read a ten page story, upside down, with at least 4 interruptions per page.

Finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families. There is simply no other job quite like it.

Helston, Cornwall: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
