As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Office Coordinator to join our friendly Sales team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love providing excellent customer service, and want to be part of a supportive company where you can develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Sales Office Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our sales operation running smoothly by:

Supporting our busy sales team with day-to-day coordination.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Building strong relationships with customers and responding to enquiries professionally.
Preparing quotations, reports, and other sales documentation.
Coordinating deliveries and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
Maintaining accurate customer records and databases.
Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Friendly, confident, and enjoys communicating with customers and colleagues.
Proactive, positive, and always willing to help.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems (full training will be provided where needed).
A genuine team player who takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Working Hours & Holidays

We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm (start your weekend early!)
Christmas shutdown, so you can enjoy quality time with family and friends over the festive period using just a couple of days from your holiday allowance.
