Kitchen Assistant – Bedruthan Wild Café

£12.71 per hour to £13.45 with boost + share of hotel tips (approx. £1 per hour)
Permanent | 40 hours per week | Morning, evening & weekend shifts

What you’ll be doing

Keeping the kitchen running — maintaining a spotless, safe and organised workspace
Dishwashing & equipment care — ensuring chefs always have what they need
Deep cleaning — fridges, floors, surfaces and appliances
Basic food prep — chopping, peeling and prepping ingredients
Waste management — keeping the kitchen efficient and safe
Safe chemical use
Reporting issues quickly and clearly
Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What we’re looking for

A strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude
Reliability and pride in doing things well
Organisation skills in a fast‑paced environment
Team spirit and great communication
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll train you
