Full job description

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage and develop strong relationships with property clients, landlords, investors and business partners. You will act as a key point of contact, understand client needs, coordinate services and identify opportunities to strengthen client retention and business growth.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in property, estate agency, account management or customer-focused sales who enjoys building long-term professional relationships and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong, professional relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests.
Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate property services.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or issues.
Identify opportunities to increase client retention, referrals and additional services.
Coordinate with property management, sales, lettings and operations teams to meet client needs.
Maintain accurate client records, account information and activity reports.
Prepare regular account updates and communicate progress clearly to clients.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in account management, property, estate agency, sales or customer service.
Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer-service and client-management abilities.
Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales and business development.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and customer-management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
Property, business, sales or related qualification is desirable.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
