Full job description

Bronze Direct is a leading supplier of professional spray tanning, sunbeds, and wellness equipment, plus beauty products and salon consumables. We are looking for an outgoing and commercially driven Sales & Admin Executive to join our team in Keady, Armagh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company and the role would be ideal for someone with an interest in the tanning and beauty industry.

Role & Responsibilities include:

Processing telephone and online orders
Raising invoices and process customer payments
Picking, packing and despatching orders
Responding to customer queries via email and telephone
Providing client estimates
Outbound calling clients with sales offers and promotions
Assist with stock takes
Updating product information on websites
Scheduling of service jobs
General office admin
Attend trade exhibitions & events when required

Desirable Criteria:

Excellent communication skills
Strong telephone sales
Good knowledge of website and social media
Good organisational skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to learn about products and explain them to customers
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Current driving licence and access to a car
