Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team, develop organisational skills, and contribute to a safe and hygienic environment. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards supervision.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
Provide training and support to team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety compliance.
Schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and manage staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good condition and used safely by staff.
Promote a positive team environment through motivation and leadership.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, staff attendance, and supplies used.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning services or supervisory roles within the industry.
Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate site visits or transportation needs.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client queries professionally.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail in previous roles.
