Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you’ll be doing

Manage customer accounts and credit control

Process and allocate cash receipts accurately

Monitor overdue balances and resolve issues
-
Liaise with customers to secure timely payments
-
Investigate and resolve queries, disputes & deductions
-
Manage orders on hold and support billing
-
Build strong internal relationships
-
Ensure compliance with policies and SOX controls

Desirable:

Credit control / Accounts Receivable experience

ERP or SAP knowledge

Experience in high-volume environments
