Safari Banbridge is a long-established, busy and very popular restaurant with an excellent reputation for quality food and service. We're looking for a Cook / Kitchen Team Member to join our hardworking kitchen team on either a full-time or part-time permanent basis.
We're not necessarily looking for the most experienced chef in the world—we're looking for someone with the right attitude.

The Role
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with breakfast, lunch and evening service.
- Preparing and cooking fresh food to a consistently high standard.
- Helping with desserts and food presentation.
- Supporting food preparation for our award-winning corporate catering business.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Working efficiently as part of a close-knit kitchen team.
Experience
Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to provide full training for someone with the right work ethic and willingness to learn.
Experience with breakfast service, grill work or steak cooking would be an advantage.
Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness is desirable, although training can be provided if required.

The position includes weekend work, so applicants must be available to work Saturdays and, where required, other weekend shifts.
