Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Viewing & Inventory Field Agent to join our team. This role involves conducting on-site visual inspections and inventory assessments across various locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently. This position offers valuable experience in field operations, with opportunities to develop administrative and multilingual skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections of designated sites, ensuring accurate recording of observations and conditions
- Perform inventory checks, verifying quantities and item conditions against specified records
- Document findings meticulously using provided tools and reporting systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding inspection outcomes
- Adhere to scheduled appointments and complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Maintain organised records of all inspections and inventory data collected during field visits
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during all field activities
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience is advantageous but not essential; organisational skills are a must
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in various outdoor environments
- Excellent organisational skills to manage schedules and documentation efficiently
- Valid driving licence preferred for travel between sites
- Reliable access to transportation for reaching multiple locations as required
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting
