.We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join our growing team operating across Devon and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in licensed asbestos removal to take on a key leadership role within a reputable and safety-focused company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising asbestos removal projects from start to completion.
- Managing site teams and ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with current regulations.
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
- Liaising with clients, project managers, analysts, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring all documentation, records, and site paperwork are completed accurately.
- Delivering toolbox talks and supporting the ongoing development of operatives.
- Monitoring project progress and resolving site issues as they arise.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as an Asbestos Removal Supervisor.
- Current Supervisor Training Certificate.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and asbestos removal procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
Desirable Qualifications
- CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Face Fit Certification.
- Additional health and safety qualifications.
