Support Worker Residential Care Home for Adults
Location: Rock Road, Chudleigh, TQ13 0JJ
Hours: Full-time (30+ hours PW) and Part-time hours available
Pay: £13.05-£13.45 per hour + enhancements
We are a small care home supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other support needs.. Our approach is built around respect, independence, and opportunity. Residents are supported to live life on their own terms, with the space to grow, explore, and build confidence.
We provide full training so even if you are new to adult social care and would like to make a difference to people’s lives, we welcome your application.
We currently have Full-time and Part-time positions available.
About the Setting:
The home is based on and around a small farm, surrounded by fields, Horses, and gardens. This natural environment helps residents develop routines, confidence, and meaningful connections — both with others and the world around them.
As a Support Worker, you’ll:
· Provide person-centred care and promote independence in daily life
- Support a positive, inclusive, and values-led culture
- Participate in (and encourage others to enjoy) farm and garden-based activities as part of everyday living
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly rate: Starting at £13.05 (depending on experience and responsibilities)
- Enhanced pay of +£1.25 per hour for weekends and bank holidays
- Optional sleep-in shifts at £65 per night
