About you:
We're looking for an experienced, driven and customer-focused property professional to join our team as a Property Specialist. This role could be full time or part time.
You'll bring excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the motivation to help buyers and sellers achieve their property goals.
Working as part of a team, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling homes, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering a first-class experience throughout the sales journey.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- A minimum of 2 years' estate agency experience
- Confidence in negotiating and progressing property sales
- A proactive, target-driven approach with a focus on achieving results
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
- Knowledge of the local area (desirable)
What your day-to-day will look like:
As a Property Specialist, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling properties, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every stage of the sales process runs smoothly from instruction through to sale. Working as part of a supportive branch team, you'll deliver an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers while helping to drive the branch's success.
Main responsibilities:
- Promote, negotiate and secure property sales, ensuring the best outcomes for customers.
- Follow up on viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors.
- Book and follow up on valuation appointments.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Carry out regular vendor updates in line with agreed timescales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients.
- Maintain excellent communication with colleagues, customers and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations.
- Keep CRM systems and property records up to date.
- Assist other areas of the business where required.
