Front of House & Sales Support Executive
The Company
BM Bi-Folding Doors is a fast-growing specialist manufacturer and installer of bespoke aluminium bifolding doors, sliding doors, internal doors, windows, and glazing systems.
We work with both homeowners and trade customers across the UK, delivering premium made-to-measure products backed by strong customer service, technical expertise, and fast turnaround times.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a professional, confident, and customer-focused individual to become the face and voice of the business at our Middlesbrough HQ showroom.

The Role:
The Front of House & Sales Support Executive is a hybrid role combining:
● Front-of-house showroom responsibilities
● Customer service
● Inbound lead qualification
● Sales support
You will be the first impression of BM Bi-Folding Doors, both in person and over the phone.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
● Professional and presentable
● Naturally organised
● Great with people
● Comfortable asking qualifying questions
● Confident handling inbound enquiries
You will welcome visitors into the showroom, answer incoming calls, qualify new enquiries, and ensure customers are routed to the correct senior sales consultant with the right information captured in advance.
This is not a hard sales role or cold-calling position. It is a customer experience and inbound qualification role designed to improve service levels, sales efficiency, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Front of House & Showroom Experience
● Welcome homeowners, trade customers, and suppliers into the showroom
● Create a professional, warm, and premium first impression of the business
● Ensure the showroom reception area remains organised and presentable
● Offer refreshments and manage visitor experience where appropriate
● Coordinate appointments and showroom traffic

Telephone Handling & Customer Service
● Answer inbound phone calls professionally and confidently
● Handle general customer enquiries and direct calls appropriately
● Gather high-level information before passing enquiries to senior sales consultants

Inbound Lead Qualification
● Qualify inbound enquiries from:
○ Website / email enquiries
○ Telephone calls
○ Walk-in showroom visitors
● Ask structured qualifying questions around:
○ Product type
○ Project scope
○ Timescales
○ Budget expectations
● Capture accurate notes and information within Monday.com CRM
● Ensure enquiries are correctly assigned and prioritised

Sales Support
● Assist with appointment booking and follow-up scheduling
● Help ensure smooth handovers between qualification and senior sales consultation
● Support customer follow-up and feedback collection where required
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential
● Previous experience in:
○ Reception
○ Front-of-house
○ Customer service
○ Sales support
○ Or inbound sales environments
● Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
● Confident and professional presentation
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Comfortable using CRM systems and basic admin systems
● Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude

○ Home improvement

● Experience qualifying sales enquiries
● Experience using Monday.com or similar CRM systems

Working Hours:
