About The Role

Parts Advisor

Marshall Audi Plymouth
Basic Salary £28,141 | £34,141 OTE ; 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car servicing, purchase & more; Access to wellbeing support, exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.
Full-time | Monday – Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm , with Saturdays 1 in 2 on a rotational basis working 8.30 am to 12.30 pm

At Marshall Audi Plymouth, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.

In this role:

You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

We're looking for:

Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
