About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of the product strategy and lifecycle for a portfolio of digital products. You will work closely with customers, designers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define product priorities, and deliver solutions that create measurable value.

This is a highly visible role for an experienced product professional who enjoys turning customer needs and business challenges into clear product strategies. You will have significant responsibility for product direction while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and maintain product strategies that align customer needs with commercial and organisational objectives.

Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap and prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical considerations, and available resources.

Customer Discovery: Work with customers and internal teams to identify pain points, understand user behaviour, validate opportunities, and translate insights into product improvements.

Cross Functional Leadership: Coordinate designers, engineers, analysts, marketing specialists, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Product Delivery: Guide initiatives from discovery and requirements definition through development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management: Present product plans, priorities, performance results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Product Performance: Monitor product metrics, customer feedback, adoption, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.

Team Mentoring: Support junior and mid-level product professionals by sharing best practices and encouraging structured, customer-focused decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management, digital products, technology, business transformation, or a closely related field, with demonstrated ownership of significant products or product areas.

Product Leadership: You have experience creating product strategies, managing roadmaps, prioritising backlogs, and guiding cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes.

Customer Focus: You understand how to translate customer research, behavioural data, and market insights into practical product decisions.

Commercial Awareness: You can balance customer value, business objectives, technical constraints, and investment priorities when making product decisions.

Technical Understanding: You are comfortable working with software engineers and understand concepts such as APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, analytics, user journeys, and modern software development practices.

Communication: You can clearly explain product decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders and confidently facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and product reviews.

Mindset: You are pragmatic, curious, and outcome-focused. You know when to explore an idea further, when to challenge assumptions, and when to move a product forward.

Pay: £5,443.00-£7,265.00 per month
