Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Car Valeter to join our professional team. This role involves delivering high-quality vehicle cleaning and presentation services to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our company's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in vehicle valeting is essential. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills within the automotive industry while contributing to a dynamic and friendly work environment.

Duties

Clean and valet vehicles to a high standard, including washing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning
Ensure vehicles are presented in pristine condition before delivery or collection
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used during valeting processes
Assist with vehicle movement on or off the premises safely and efficiently
Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle status and service requirements
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Report any vehicle damage or issues identified during the valeting process to management promptly

Experience

Previous experience in car valeting is essential.
Good driving skills with a valid driving licence are required for manoeuvring vehicles on or off the premises
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional manner
Organised with attention to detail to ensure vehicles meet quality standards before handover
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
