Role Overview

Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
- Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
Provide updates:
- Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
Handle administration duties:
- Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Working pattern

ROLE 1

Week 1 – Saturday 12:00-18:00 and Sunday 08:00-15:00

Week 2 – OFF

Week 3 – Saturday 12:00-18:00 and Sunday 08:00-15:00

Week 4 – OFF

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.

ROLE 2

Week 1 – OFF

Week 2 – Saturday 18:00-00:00 and Sunday 15:00-00:00

Week 3 – OFF

Week 4 – Saturday 18:00-00:00 and Sunday 15:00-00:00
