Conway Group Healthcare is thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for the position of Registered Manager at a newly established, sizeable state-of-the-art care facility in a prime location in Fortwilliam Park, North Belfast.

Our mission revolves around exceptional care for individuals living with Mental Health conditions alongside offering comprehensive nursing care for those with Learning Disabilities Complex Needs and Dementia,

This role offers the chance to lead a highly skilled and compassion team to implement innovative care strategies and create a welcoming and nurturing environment, that promotes dignity, holistic well-being and independence for all in our care.

Location – North Belfast

Salary – Dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will also be eligible for inclusion on the Group Bonus scheme.

Hours – Full time

About The Role

About You:

The successful candidate will have 5 years management experience in a Mental Health/Learning Disability/Complex Needs setting. However, candidates with limited managerial experience may be considered, provided they can demonstrate enthusiasm, passion and a desire to develop and progress their career.

Duties of a Registered Manager include:

Operational management of the nursing home, manage budgets and resources effectively
Clinical expertise and sound knowledge of best practices in mental health care.
Lead, motivate and develop staff teams within the facility to provide high standards of person-centred care
Engaging with staff and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Ensuring RQIA compliance.
Displaying excellent working knowledge of regulatory standards.
Mentoring staff to drive continuous improvement and high-quality patient-centred care.
