Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while assisting with various operational tasks. This position requires a passion for customer service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and assist customers as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Assist with food preparation, adhering to food safety standards to maintain high hygiene levels.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Support the kitchen staff by helping with food orders and maintaining cleanliness in the front of house area.
Provide assistance wherever needed, ensuring smooth operations throughout the establishment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a fast paced customer-facing role is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
A friendly disposition with a willingness to help both customers and team members.
