About the Role
As Senior Housing Officer you will provide day-to-day operational leadership within our function-based housing teams, driving high standards of service delivery, performance and continuous improvement across housing services.
As a Senior Housing Officer, you will:

Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of your dedicated housing function.

Line manage Housing Officers and Assistants within your function.
-
Produce regulatory and management reports.
-
Deputise for the Customer Services Manager when required.

Improve tenant satisfaction and ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.
What we are looking for:

Experience in social housing and housing management.
-
Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Knowledge of Scottish housing legislation, tenancy management, and welfare systems.

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience of improving services and using systems and data to support decision-making.
-
Ability to work proactively and collaboratively.
