Overview
We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty / Spa

Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments and skincare services, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, providing personalised beauty solutions tailored to each individual’s needs. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall client experience.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
Provide customised skincare advice and recommend suitable products or treatments.
Ensure all treatment rooms are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional guidance.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories.
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Promote retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Assist in managing appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and maximise client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in beauty therapy or related field. At least 2years experience.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings if required.
A recognised qualification in beauty therapy & body therapy treatments .This position offers a rewarding career path for individuals
