Key Responsibilities:

To adhere to all site rules as laid down by the Senior Team.
To enforce a culture of Performance.
To enforce a duty of care; Employees have a duty of care to their employer; meaning they should act responsibly to other Employees and to the Employers property.
To adhere to all health and safety rules, with all accidents and near misses reported as they occur.
To adhere to all site rules as outlined within your employee pack and contract.
To achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
To achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
To manage multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems.
To establish a strong working relationship with your peers.
To support your manager with achieving pre planned budgets/targets.
To manage personal time and productivity.
To manage pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has/you have accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director.
To maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
To maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company’s product catalogue and maximising contract length and value.
To respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Responsible for improving customer retention within the business and achieving set budget targets.
Having a commercial approach to dealing with issues customers may have with RAM and looking to improve customer relationships by solving these issues, ending in a positive outcome for both parties.
Hitting upsell/cross sell targets in line with budget.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Experience of working with a CRM system.
Sales skills.
Highly Motivated & Target driven.
The ability to use own initiative.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work well with others.
Account Management & Upselling Skills.
