Full job description

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced Payroll and HR environment.

Working Days & Hours

Monday, Tuesday & Friday
09:30am - 2:30pm
Part-time position

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will provide administrative support across Payroll and Human Resources functions, including:

Maintaining payroll and HR trackers and records
Producing and updating reports
Supporting the management of the Time & Attendance system
Assisting with the administration of the HR system
Processing and maintaining employee data accurately and confidentially
Supporting payroll administration activities
Assisting with employee lifecycle administration, including starters and leavers
Providing administrative support for Group HR projects and initiatives
General Payroll and HR administrative duties as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will:

Have excellent organisational and administrative skills
Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
Be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Demonstrate professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Previous Payroll and/or HR administration experience would be advantageous, but not essential
