You’ll support people with communication and swallowing needs, helping them live more independently.
You’ll work as part of a skilled speech and language therapy team delivering care across a range of community settings. This includes multi-disciplinary stroke services, clinics, home visits and a specialist outpatient videofluoroscopy service. Your work will make a real difference to people recovering from illness or living with long-term conditions.

What you’ll do:
Provide adult speech and language therapy across community and clinic settings
Support people with dysphagia and communication needs
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including stroke services
Deliver care through clinics, home visits and specialist outpatient services
Contribute to person-centred care plans and ongoing support
What we’re looking for:
A qualified Speech and Language Therapist, or working towards registration
Interest or experience in dysphagia and communication support
Willingness to learn across areas such as stroke, frailty and neurodegenerative conditions
Ability to work well in a team and across different settings
A commitment to ongoing learning, with support from senior clinicians
