Full job description

Job Summary

We're looking for a confident, camera-ready storyteller to become the face of our video content. You'll shoot and edit videos that explain our products and processes to customers, partners, and internal teams. From polished product explainers to quick how-to walkthroughs. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you'll plan the shoot, present on camera, capture the footage, and edit it into a finished piece.

Responsibilities

Present on camera to explain our products, features, and internal processes clearly and engagingly
Plan, script, and shoot video content, from product demos to process walkthroughs and internal training videos
Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand videos, including cuts, graphics, captions, and sound
Manage video equipment (camera, lighting, audio) and maintain a simple, repeatable production setup
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to identify what needs explaining and why
Keep a consistent visual and tonal style across all video output
Manage multiple video projects at once, from concept through to final delivery

Qualifications

Comfortable and natural speaking to camera, you can explain complex or technical topics simply and confidently
3–5 years experience creating video content, ideally including on-camera presenting
Hands-on experience shooting video (camera operation, lighting, audio setup)
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual style
Able to work independently, manage your own shoot schedule, and hit deadlines
Bonus: experience creating product or software explainer content
