JOB TITLE: LECTURER - FOUNDATION

HOURS: 30 PER WEEK (0.8FTE)
SALARY: £25,868 - £32,621 PER ANNUM (£31,904 - £40,233 FTE)
CWA are recruiting for new Lecturers to join our Foundation team based at our King's Lynn campus.
Here at CWA we are proud of the success of our Foundation learning provision providing our learners with invaluable support to succeed in their chosen course - from pre-entry to Level 1. Our Bluebird Programme offers our autistic students the opportunity to develop the confidence, communication, life skills and experience required to progress onto further study options at the college, to begin to consider a future in employment or independent living. All our courses support young people with learning differences to develop important skills such as independence, social skills and building their confidence to access courses to support them to achieve independence and go onto either further study or employment. We recognise that all learners have differing needs and our continued growth in student numbers pays testament to the high-quality support we provide.

Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications. Appointments will not normally be made at point 12 or above (£37,454 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.
