- Seeking an early-career English teacher passionate about student success.
- Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is on track to achieve QTS.
- Ideal for newly qualified or developing English teachers looking to grow their careers.
- Is passionate about English Language and Literature and can inspire students to achieve their full potential.
- Delivers engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons.
- Has high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
