Due to business growth, we are recruiting for Heli-Admin/Steward to join our Offshore team on an 12 Month Fixed Term basis mobilising from Aberdeen or Norwich .
What you'll be doing:

We lead the market in providing food and support services to major companies operating in the Oil, Gas and Renewables market.
We support operations in the North Sea and further afield on fixed production platforms, flotels, floating production storage offtake facilities, mobile offshore drilling rigs, construction & pipe-laying barges.

Utilise available resources efficiently to maintain service standards.

Report maintenance requirements and safety concerns promptly.

Participate in training and development initiatives.

Managing the reception service; allocation of accommodation, muster stations and lifeboat allocation Maintain accurate records and paperwork.

Operation of personnel movements programmes to include checking of daily flights, arranging crew changes to flights

Ensuring Vantage is accurate and up to date

Carrying out all logistics tasks in accordance with client procedures

Maintaining all log books and paperwork

Comply with COSHH regulations for chemical use and storage.
