Do you want rapid responsibility, clear targets, and hands-on campaign experience in a busy regional office? Alpha UK Project is hiring a Junior Campaign Manager to join our Newcastle team to help deliver a major public-facing project starting this summer.
This is an active, people-first role. You’ll run day-to-day campaign operations, support a small frontline team and work closely with senior staff to meet deadlines and targets. Role snapshot
You will:
- Oversee daily campaign activities across Newcastle upon Tyne
- Lead, coach and rota-manage a team of 3–6 front-line staff
- Keep schedules, targets and productivity on track
- Log performance and produce short operational reports for senior management
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics and client teams to solve issues quickly
- Maintain quality standards and ensure excellent team conduct
