You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

A background in administration, ideally in a fast-paced, professional setting
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong numerical ability and confidence using IT systems
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage your own workload and adapt quickly to changing priorities
A collaborative spirit—someone who enjoys working as part of a team

What you’ll be doing:
As an Underwriting Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our back-office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing essential administrative support to our Underwriters
Ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
Keeping client and policy files up to date and audit-ready
Helping maintain the smooth flow of underwriting processes across the department

Monday - Friday 9.00 – 5.00 (1 hour for lunch)
25 days holidays + bank holidays increasing to 28 after 5 years
