Full job description

About Emerald Power

Emerald Power Ltd is a specialist utilities contractor delivering electricity network construction, maintenance and repair services whilst working closely with SP Energy Networks. The company supports a wide range of overhead, electricity projects, including network upgrades, pole replacement, cable works, surveying and emergency responses.

Duties

Provide day to day administrative support across utility projects
Liaise with internal teams and contractors to resolve queries
Maintain project folders, trackers and controlled records with the accurate documentation
Work across multiple projects, prioritising tasks accordingly to deadlines and project requirement
Coordinate traffic management requests and support day-to-day project emails, calls or enquiries.
Collate photographs, completion evidence and work-complete sign-off.
Support project managers and commercial teams with general administrative and coordination tasks.
Submit completed project data through client systems.
Prepare construction work packs, maps, electrical and construction drawings and project data.

What we're looking for

Organised, accurate and able to manage several priorities.
Confident using Word, Excel, email and electronic systems.
Clear and professional by telephone and email.
Attention to detail.
Previous sector experience is not essential, there will be training provided.
Willingness to learn new skills and develop your career

Relevant experience is desirable, but we welcome applications from candidates who feel their skill and experience would be transferable to this role.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
