We are recruiting for an Early Career at Eastfield Academy, based in Northampton.

About the role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated teacher to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their teaching career to work in a nurturing environment where support, collaboration, and professional development are genuinely valued.

At our school, you will be supported every step of the way by experienced colleagues and leaders who are committed to helping you thrive as you begin your teaching career.

The role is full-time, fixed contract starting on 1.9.26 and ending 31.8.27

Salary is M1/M2 depending on experience. £32,916 to £ 34,823
