We currently have a full time vacancy for a Operational Administrator based at Magna Park,

Lutterworth

Reporting to the Senior Administrator you will be trained to be a multi skilled leader covering:

Approve special pricing agreements on the system

Investigate and report on queries in relation to supplier contract claims

Use spreadsheets to resolve queries with both suppliers and BSS branches

Apply accurate and timely updates to ensure accurate claims are made

Well organised with the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines

Good with numbers and with excellent attention to detail

Enthusiastic and applies an investigative approach to problem solving

Someone who can easily demonstrate being proactively driven, team focused, and self

motivated

Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of colleagues and suppliers

Confident using Microsoft Excel
