Overview

Join our Ecommerce team as a TikTok Executive, where you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s presence on one of the world’s most vibrant social media platforms. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to craft engaging content, foster meaningful relationships with audiences, and elevate our public image through innovative social media management and strategic public relations initiatives. As a TikTok Executive, you will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, managing online reputation, and creating compelling campaigns that resonate globally.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative TikTok content strategies aligned with brand goals to maximize engagement and reach.
Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community interaction to foster an active online presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor trending topics, platform updates, and audience insights to optimize content performance and stay ahead of digital trends.
Coordinate public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and organizing promotional events or collaborations.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future social media strategies.
Ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice across channels.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok or similar platforms, demonstrating successful campaign execution.
Strong understanding of public relations principles with the ability to craft compelling narratives and manage media relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of current digital trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for social media growth and engagement.
