JOB OVERVIEW

Mitie the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company are growing our IKEA Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. Previous experience monitoring CCTV is required , along with a CCTV SIA licence. So, if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you!

Customer service, CCTV Operator, incident reporting

Main Duties

Report and present to the IRMC Manager and supervisors
Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units
Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone
Input of security and crime incident data into a central database
Providing a high level of customer service to our client
Engagement with the MITIE loss prevention team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Excellent communication & customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
Committed and motivated
Experience of working as part of a team
Reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic
Valid SIA CCTV Licence
£30000 per annum, 42 hours PW, including weekend working, 4 on 4 off, 5 on 3 off Shift pattern
Varied shifts Monday to Sunday, Shifts are between the working hours of 11am till 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10:00am to 6:00pm on a Sunday.
