Vanda Coatings is a nationwide specialist in commercial onsite spraying, and we're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career.

Whether you already have experience or are looking for an opportunity to learn a skilled trade, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Willingness to travel and work nationwide
Comfortable staying away from home (up to 4 nights per week, Monday to Friday)
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Pride in producing high-quality workmanship
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work as part of a professional team

Training & Career Progression

At Vanda Coatings, we invest in our people.

Following a successful 3-month probation period, you'll have the opportunity to progress onto the Level 2 NVQ in Decorative Finishing and Industrial Painting Occupations – Industrial Sprayer.

Once you successfully complete the qualification, your pay will be reviewed, recognising your new skills and commitment to the role.
