Vacancy Details
As a recruitment business partner Support you will play a vital role by providing comprehensive support to Hiring Managers, guiding them through the process and leading on identifying, screening and managing candidates.
You'll utilise various platforms to identify, source and attract suitable candidates, reviewing CVs, conducting initial phone screenings and managing communications throughout the candidate journey through to leading the offer process, communicating verbal offers and assisting with onboarding activity. You'll implement sourcing strategies that identify candidates from diverse candidate pools and pipeline talent for future roles and you'll provide regular data insights and information on the effectiveness of attraction and sourcing activity and identify areas for improvement. Lastly you will also conducting research on industry trends, recruitment market activity and candidate availability, helping to inform future sourcing strategies and campaigns.
Duration: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Band 5, £27,000 - £30,000

You are a skilled recruitment resourcer from either an in house or agency background with extensive experience of sourcing, screening, and managing the candidate journey ideally in a high-volume environment or hard to fill market. You are an effective communicator who can communicate at varying levels, including externally and with internal stakeholders. You thrive in a busy, fast paced environment and have exceptional organisational skills that enable you to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as keen eye for detail. Finally, you have prior knowledge of ATS or database management alongside proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with experience in generating reports, creating presentations, and managing documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience of working as part of a team in a client-focused environment to meet challenging deadlines in a volume-oriented resourcing/recruiting environment.
Intermediate stakeholder management skills.¿ Intermediate organisational/process management skills, to include process improvement.
Good MS Office skills,
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Previous experience in database and administrative process management.
