Role Overview
As WordPress Full Stack Developer & Client Manager, you will take full ownership of websites across our external client base.
Hear Care Direct are building out a separate digital consultancy and are building the initial team. With a current client portfolio, they are looking to rapidly expand and develop the team.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with real autonomy. You’ll be responsible for developing, updating, monitoring, and bug-fixing websites - end-to-end. You’ll work closely with the founders, who will operate at a higher-level strategy and commercial overview, while you lead day-to-day execution, diagnostics, and client liaison.
Given the nature of the role, you’ll be highly experienced in working directly within CMS environments — particularly WordPress at a development level — and highly experienced in fixing issues that sit at the intersection of performance, and site infrastructure. You’ll be trusted to spot issues early and implement client requirements — whether that’s a new menu system, custom template fixes or a complex technical issue — and confidently advise clients on solutions, priorities, and next steps.
