who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you’re good at Interview scheduling, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process
- Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to schedule interviews across time zones
- Handle calendar management, rescheduling, and conflict resolution efficiently
- Provide a high level of candidate care and communication throughout the interview process
- Maintain accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related trackers
- Support job postings and requisition management as required
- Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities when needed
- Generate and maintain reports, trackers, and scheduling data with accuracy and timeliness
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Support ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination -interview scheduling
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in calendar tools (Outlook/Google Calendar) and ATS platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle scheduling conflicts and escalations
- Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones
- High level of accuracy, responsiveness, and accountability
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and support junior team members if required.
