Full job description

We are currently recruiting for a Key Skilled Operatives to join our Coated Department in Craigavon. The successful candidate will play a vital role in meeting essential customer deadlines by ensuring all products are produced correctly the first time, in line with customer specifications and company quality standards.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining high safety, technical, and quality standards, ensuring efficiency, and reducing unnecessary waste. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Shift Patterns Available:

: Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 am – 8:00 am (The night shift begins Sunday night going into Monday morning.)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment to the highest attainable safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
Comply with all company operating procedures and traceability processes.
Meet customer service and specification requirements.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve workflow.
Monitor and control environmental impact in line with the Moy Park Group Risk Management System Manual.
Carry out any reasonable managerial requests.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

Excellent attention to detail.
Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
Commitment to safety, technical, and quality standards.

Previous experience in food manufacturing.
Awareness of technical processes.
