Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement operational plans that align with organizational goals and support sustainable growth.
Business Process Improvement:
Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and introduce practical solutions that improve productivity and service quality.
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and support operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Performance Management:
Establish operational metrics, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
Resource Optimization:
Oversee workforce planning, budget utilization, and operational resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Oversight:
Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are achieved.
Compliance and Governance:
Maintain adherence to company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in operations management, business administration, or organizational leadership, including at least 3 years in a senior management position.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage organizational change, and deliver measurable business results.
Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of operational planning, budgeting, performance management, and strategic execution.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Technology Proficiency:
Experience working with business management systems, reporting platforms, project management tools, and productivity software.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications are advantageous.

Pay: £4,800.00-£6,500.00 per month
