Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're small, senior and hands-on but we're growing and we're looking for our next hire

The Role

As our client base grows, we're expanding the team with a dedicated Paid Media Specialist to own and scale our paid advertising, primarily Meta. This is a role with real ownership from day one: you'll be the person our clients trust to make their ad spend work harder, and you'll have room to grow the function as we do.

What you’ll be responsible for

Own the day-to-day management of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts across our portfolio of ecommerce and lead-generation brands.
Manage significant budgets (we run over £1 million in ad spend across our clients each year) with a relentless focus on performance.
Build and execute paid strategy: audience research, campaign structure, budget allocation and testing roadmaps.
Direct ad creative in partnership with our content team — briefing, iterating and keeping the pipeline full of fresh, high-performing assets.
Optimise relentlessly toward each client's goals (ROAS, CPA, lead volume).
Own paid reporting and feed results into account reviews.
Work closely with account leads so paid, organic and email pull in the same direction.
Stay ahead of platform changes, tracking/measurement shifts and best practice.

About you

Proven hands-on experience running Meta ad accounts with real budgets and demonstrable results (please bring examples).
Strong grasp of campaign strategy, audience building, creative testing and optimisation.
Comfortable with ecommerce and lead-generation objectives; confident reading data and GA4.
Organised, self-directed and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping detail.
Clear communicator so you can explain performance to a client without jargon.
Comfortable working independently but enjoys being part of a team

Great but not essential

Experience with other paid channels (Google, LinkedIn) as the role grows.
Agency background and multi-client experience.
An eye for creative, and an understanding of how paid works alongside organic and email.
