Full job description

Kettyle Irish Foods is a major beef and lamb processor based in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland. The company serves major retailers with ranges of retail products and is heavily involved in developing new products for the retail, manufacturing and food service markets.

Job Role

Ensure the integrity of our products and brand is maintained.

Metal detection/X-ray detection.

Packaging/Label checks.

Temperature monitoring checks.

Scale checks.

Identify and highlight non-conformances with operatives and escalate to supervisor/manager if appropriate.

Completion of non-conformance reports.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role would be desirable.
Ability to use own initiative with the confidence to address non-conformances and escalate if appropriate.
Have a methodical and meticulous work aptitude with attention to detail.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Good communications Skills (Good standard of English essential)
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
