Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales management, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, implementing effective strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of team members in sales techniques and product knowledge.
Communicate effectively with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead recruitment efforts for new sales staff, ensuring the right talent is brought on board.

Skills

Proven experience in sales management or retail management is essential.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.
Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment is crucial.
