Brand Experience Host

Job Purpose

As Titanic Distillers continues to grow and welcome increasing numbers of visitors from around the world, we are seeking an enthusiastic, engaging and customer focused Brand Experience Host to join our team.

As the face of Titanic Distillers, you will create memorable experiences by delivering exceptional tours, hosting premium whiskey tastings and providing outstanding customer service. You'll bring our story to life, ensuring every visitor leaves with a deeper appreciation of our heritage, our whiskey and our brand.

This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in public speaking and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. You'll also play an important role in driving retail sales and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Brand Home.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, informative and entertaining guided tours of Titanic Distillers, bringing the history of Thompson Dock, the distillery and our whiskey making process to life.
Welcome visitors warmly and provide a world-class customer experience from arrival through to departure.
Host premium whiskey tastings for individuals, groups and corporate guests, confidently presenting our products and answering guest questions.
Act as a passionate ambassador for Titanic Distillers, sharing our brand story with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Promote and upsell retail products, experiences and memberships where appropriate, helping to maximise commercial opportunities.
Work collaboratively with the wider Visitor Experience and Retail teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Assist with opening and closing procedures across the Brand Home.
Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with new releases, events and company developments.
Support the delivery of private events and VIP experiences when required.
Ensure all visitor areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
Handle visitor enquiries confidently and professionally, resolving issues where appropriate.
Support colleagues across different areas of the business as required during busy periods.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

Minimum of one year's experience in a customer-facing hospitality, tourism or retail environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident public speaker with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Positive, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy visitor attraction.
Team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
Willingness to learn about whiskey, distillation and the history of Titanic Distillers.

Desirable

Previous experience as a tour guide or visitor experience host.
Knowledge of Irish whiskey or the drinks industry.
Experience delivering tastings, presentations or guided experiences.
Fluency in German, French or Spanish.
Experience working within a premium tourism, hospitality or heritage attraction.

Job Types: Zero hours contract, Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour
