Job Title: Junior Property Administrator – Estate Agency (Full-Time)
Location: Barkingside IG6 · Office-based
Salary: £20,500 basic + performance-related commission (realistic first-year OTE c. £28 - 30k) Hours: Mon–Thu 09:00-18:00 (1 h lunch) · Every Saturday 09:00-16:00 (30 min lunch) · Friday fixed day off

About Us

Arbon & Miller is an independent, family-run agency that’s been matching people with homes in Redbridge since 1976. With a team of established property professionals and a strong market share, we’re now adding a front-line Junior Property Administrator to assist in keeping response times quick and customer service high.

What You’ll Do

Convert portal & phone leads – respond to online portal leads/email queries, qualify applicants, book viewings.
Host viewings – show prospective buyers and tenants around various properties, highlighting key features.
Keep vendors & landlords in the loop – gather feedback, update CRM system, schedule follow-ups.
Support the property-management desk – issue paperwork, log maintenance calls, arrange inspections.
Add a dash of marketing – shoot a quick Instagram Reel when a new listing launches (training provided, but a good understanding of social media is a plus)

We’re Looking For

Confident and clear communicator – both on the phone and in person.
Full UK driving license & your own car is a must (business mileage paid).
Ready to work every Saturday.
An organised, positive problem-solver who embraces tech.

What You’ll Get:

Basic pay: £20, 500 per annum

Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly – triggered by completed sales & lets

Realistic OTE: £28,000 - £30,000+ in year 1

Time off: 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rises with service)

Progression: Clear pathway to career progression and ARLA or NAEA study support
