The role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated individual to join a dynamic and fast growing company. The successful candidate will be expected to provide great service to our clients, visit car parks and issuing enforcement notices to unauthorised vehicles, all conducted in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Carry out regular patrols of NPC car parks located in various cities in Dartford and surrounding areas using your own vehicle (paid mileage allowance included in the package).
Issuing enforcement notices to vehicles contravening the site specific regulations
Precise and immediate reporting of all incidents and issues to the Line Manager
Frontline machine maintenance when required
Providing excellent customer service and assist car park users when required

Skills:

Good problem and analytical solving skills
Being self-driven and pro-active
Well-organised and great attention to detail
Good verbal and overall communication skills

Key details and role benefits:

Self-employed basis with guaranteed hours and paid overtime
Competitive wages that consist of an hourly rate, generous commission on issued tickets and weekly performance bonus scheme
Mileage allowance

Full, paid training and complete equipment provided

The successful candidate will need to be flexible as the rota can change to suit business needs. The role will be subject to references.

Pay: £27,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
