We are looking for experienced Pipelayers to join our groundwork teams on sites across Greenwhich. You will play a key role in the installation of drainage systems and underground pipework, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification.

Laying and installing drainage pipes (clay, plastic and concrete)

Setting out and working to levels and falls from drawings and laser equipment

Installing manholes, chambers and associated drainage structures

Benching, concreting and surrounding pipework
-
Carrying out deep drainage and trench work
-
Ensuring correct alignment and gradient of pipelines
-
Working closely with machine operators and groundwork teams

Reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications
-
Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

CSCS Skilled Worker Blue Card(essential)

Proven experience as a Pipelayer in drainage and groundworks
-
Strong understanding of drainage systems, levels and gradients
-
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
-
Good awareness of site health & safety practices
-
Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
-
Right to work in the UK

CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) tickets*
-
Confined Spaces Training
-
Deep drainage experience
-
Experience working with laser levels
-
Dumper / Roller / Excavator tickets
-
5–10+ years of groundwork or pipelaying experience

Established gangs or teams with proven ability to work together
