We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to manage our on-site Occupational Health service.

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and confidential service to our staff. Ensuring that health issues are promoted and dealt with in a professional and competent manner, with support from the College's Occupational Health Technician, for which you would assume line management for.

You will advise, support and liaise with management and staff regarding occupational health and safety requirements ensuring legal and professional compliance. While assisting in promoting and maintaining the highest levels of physical and mental health in all of our staff.

The salary for this position is on the Management Spine Point MS00-01 which equates to £43,377 - £44,783 per year (pro-rata to hours worked).This role also includes a Market Rate Supplement (MRS) of £6,000 (pro-rata) which is subject to biennial review.

This role also attracts a Recruitment and Retention Payment (RRP) of £5000 (pro-rata). The RRP would be paid across two payments, at 6 months and 18 months in post. Please see attached Pay Policy for more details.
