Contract: 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year - fixed-term until 31/08/2027
Grade: NJC Scale 4, SP 7-11 (FTE: £26,402 - £28,141 / Actual: £20,883 - £22,258 per annum)
Start date: September 2026
Heartsease Primary Academy are looking for an enthusiastic Enhanced Provision Lead - Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the curriculum and have experience of working with small groups to support learning.
